For Canadian and US customers shipping on orders over $75 is free. For orders under $75, and all International orders shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. Rates are based upon shipping address and weight and are calculated in real-time by Canada Post. You pay for the actual shipping cost, there are no hidden fees or charges included in the calculation.
For orders that ship directly from the manufacturer shipping is free regardless of price. Products that ship directly from the manufacturer are indicated on the sidebar on the product page.
All orders ship either the same or next business day once the order is processed. Typically, Canadian and US packages arrive in 3 to 7 business days from time of shipment but can take up to 10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All orders ship via Canada Post and we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates, these are only estimates. International order delivery time varies greatly by region but generally takes 2-4 weeks.
While extremely rare, if you haven't received your order in 20 business days (Canada/US) or 30 business days (International), your order may have been lost or delivered to the wrong address. If that is the case simply contact us at email@example.com with the details of your order and we will gladly help you out.
All games are cleaned and tested on original systems before shipping them to you. If you're not using an original system, like a Retron 5, some games will not be compatible, we try to list these incompatibilities on the product page so you are aware before checkout. If it is compatible or you are using an original cartridge system please try cleaning the contacts. This can be done by applying 99% rubbing alcohol to one end of a Qtip and rub it along the contacts of the cartridge. You can then use the dry end of the Qtip and rub it on the contacts again. If the Qtip appears dirty then select another Qtip and repeat the process until there is no more dirt/dust. This will more often than not fix the problem.
If you are having problems with a disk based (CD, DVD, or Blu-Ray) game gently wipe the game with a damp, soft (lint free if possible) cloth. Be sure to wipe from the inside of the disk to the outside. This will clean off any dirt, fingerprints, etc that may be causing issues.

If your order hasn't shipped it can be cancelled. Simply email email@example.com using the email address you ordered with along with the order number and we will cancel the order and refund your purchase.
When ordering digital products your key delivery might be delayed if our system has detected possible fraudulent activity, such as a web proxy or multiple authorization attempts. If this happens the order must be checked manually and this can take up to 24 hours. If it has been longer than 24 hours and you either haven't received your key or the order hasn't been cancelled please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address you ordered with along with the order number and we will investigate the issue further.
There are many reasons why an order might be cancelled due to suspected fraudulent activity but the number one reason for most cancelled orders is the use of a web proxy. A web proxy is the number one tool used by people committing fraud on the internet since it makes them harder to track. Because of this we automatically reject any orders that are made while using a web proxy. If you feel your order was unfairly cancelled then please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will work with you further to determine the reasons for your cancelled order.
