Once you've redeemed and activated a product in a platform like Steam or Origin you can download it as many times as necessary as long as you login with your same account on those platforms. Your key will remain valid for as long as your account is valid.
Our key system is automated so once your order is processed your key will be emailed instantly. If for some reason you do not receive it please check your junk email folder to make sure it wasn't accidentally placed there. If there is any fraudulent behavior detected on your order, such as using a web proxy. Your key delivery will be delayed until it can be manually reviewed, this typically takes up to 24 hours.

Unfortunately, key purchases cannot be refunded. Unlike a physical product that can be returned and resold, a digital product cannot be resold since the previous owner may decide to activate it anyway. System requirements are included on every PC digital game product page, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm their computer meets those requirements before purchase. Refunds will not be provided because your computer has trouble running the game. If the activation key is found to be defective in any way you will be provided with a replacement or a refund if a replacement key is not available. This process usually takes 2-3 business days.
