Redeeming Codes
Redeeming your activation code is a fairly painless process that shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes, even if you do not have the corresponding platform and account on your computer.
After placing your order you will receive an activation email which contains your activation code, along with instructions on how to redeem the code. This email should arrive in under 5 minutes unless your order has been flagged for review by our fraud analysis system, in which case it could take up to 24 hours to receive your activation email. Please note that less than 5% of orders are flagged for manual review.
Note: To ensure your order does not get flagged do not use a web proxy or VPN to place your order as well as placing an order in a different state or country than your payment method address is.
