War of the Dead is a post apocalyptic and dark role-playing/action game by Victor Musical Industries. Due to a series of mysterious events, the town of Chany's Hill has been cut off from the rest of the world. People have suddenly gone missing and cannibalistic monsters now roam the land, killing all who cross their path. The protagonist of the game is Laila Arufon, the youngest female member of the S-SWAT (Supernatural and Special Weapon Attack Team). She was born in the small town and has developed strange psychic abilities. Her Psychic Seal ("PS") and Mind Force ("MF") powers allow her to increase her defensive capability greatly. Her mission is twofold - she must investigate the mysterious and supernatural incident in Chany's Hill and rescue all the remaining survivors she can find and lead them to the town's church.
Originally released on the PC Engine back in 1987 you can now play this classic, fully translated to English on your TurboGrafx-16! This reproduction comes in an attractive custom-made case and will fit right into your TurboGrafx-16 collection.

While this HuCARD is not officially licensed, it has been built to the same specifications as an officially released HuCARD. It has the same thickness as a regular HuCARD so it will not put any undue stress on the console HuCARD slot or internals.
We chose black for a couple reasons; first we think they look cool, second we try to promote the fact that these are reproductions so this helps in that area as well. They are available in white but that is a specialty order, please contact us if you would like one in white.
Yes, these cards have been tested on all official North American Turbo systems, TurboGrafx-16, TurboExpress and TurboDuo. They should also work with systems such as the Retro Freak, POLYMEGA and any other system that is fully compatible with official HuCARDs.
