About the Game
Once, when the world was yet trapped in darkness, the goddess of Mana felled 8 incarnations of disaster that guided the world to destruction, the God-Beasts, with the sword of Mana, and sealed them in 8 stones. And, as darkness left, the world was created. The goddess of Mana turned herself into a tree and fell asleep. Many years passed...
Due to the actions of some who plot to unleash the God-Beasts from the stones, obtain power surpassing even that of the gods, and make the world their own, conflict breaks out heralding the end of peace.
Secret of Mana for the SNES is one of the most beloved games of all time, and it is not widely known that it was actually the second game in a trilogy when originally released in Japan. This game, originally titled Seiken Densetsu 3, is the third in the series and a direct sequel to Secret of Mana. For the first time, it has been translated to English for you to enjoy at home on your Super Nintendo.
This game is built and assembled in Canada using all-new components, including the cartridge casing, no donor carts were harmed in the making of this game. The game also features a battery back-up that can be easily replaced without worrying about soldering.
While it might not live up to it's predecessor in terms of story, it is still a great game and finally being able to play in English makes it easier to follow along.
