Wolfenstein: Youngblood is the first modern co-op Wolfenstein, and the Deluxe Edition is built around that idea. A New Generation of Blazkowicz
MachineGames carries the alternate history of The New Order and The New Colossus into 1980, and this time the story belongs to the next generation. Jess and Soph grew up on their father's war stories and his relentless training, but Paris is their first real fight. The tone stays true to the series: brutal, darkly funny and unafraid to take its villains seriously. The sisters' bickering, loyalty and growing confidence give the campaign a different energy from BJ's solitary war, and seeing two young fighters step into their father's shadow is a large part of what makes Youngblood memorable.
Paris on Your Terms
With Arkane Studios working alongside MachineGames, Youngblood is the most open-ended Wolfenstein experience to date. From a resistance base hidden deep in the Paris catacombs, you plan how and when to strike at the regime, choosing between main missions and side jobs across several districts of the occupied city. Areas reward exploration with hidden routes, collectibles and alternative ways in, and you can return to districts as you grow stronger, picking apart the Nazi presence one stronghold at a time rather than following a single straight line.
Built for Two Players
- Two-Player Online Co-op
- Team up with a friend online and play the entire campaign together, each of you taking control of one of the Blazkowicz twins. Encounters are designed with two players in mind, so flanking, splitting up and covering each other become natural parts of every firefight.
- Shared Lives and Revives
- The sisters draw from a shared pool of lives and can revive each other when one goes down. It turns every close call into a team decision and rewards players who stick together instead of charging off alone.
- Pep Signals
- Pep signals let one sister give the other a quick boost in the middle of a fight, from extra health to stronger armor. Used at the right moment, they can turn a losing battle around and give co-op sessions their own rhythm.
- Solo Play
- Prefer to go it alone? Play solo and the other twin fights alongside you under AI control, so the full campaign and every mission remain open whether or not a friend is online.
Grow Into the Fight
- Level up as you complete missions and explore, unlocking new abilities across the Mind, Muscle and Power skill trees so each sister can lean into stealth, raw strength or heavy firepower to match how you like to play.
- Upgrade your weapons part by part with the silver coins you collect, swapping barrels, sights, magazines and stocks to tune each gun toward damage, accuracy or capacity as the fighting in Paris gets tougher.
- Read the battlefield as enemies grow in level and toughness, matching the right weapon to the right armor type so hard-plated soldiers and lighter troops both fall quickly when you and your partner coordinate.
What the Deluxe Edition Adds
Alongside the full game, the Deluxe Edition includes the Buddy Pass, which lets you invite anyone on your friends list to play the entire game with you, even if they don't own it. Your friend installs the Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trial, and you choose Host Game and Invite from the main menu to bring them into your campaign. You also get the Cyborg Skin Pack, which includes a Cyborg player skin, Titanium alloy skins for all weapons and an armor-boosting pep signal.
