Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst is the complete Storm 3 experience, remastered in HD and expanded with everything CyberConnect2 added for its Full Burst release. It carries the Fourth Great Ninja War from the night the Nine-Tails tore through the Hidden Leaf to the clash with Madara and the reanimated Jinchuriki, then keeps going with a new chapter in which Sasuke and Itachi finally confront Kabuto. The Fourth Great Ninja War, Start to Finish
Storm 3 opens years before the war with Minato facing the Masked Man as the Nine-Tails rampages through the village, then jumps forward to the Five Kage Summit, Naruto's training with Killer Bee at the Falls of Truth, and the full-scale war against Kabuto's Reanimation army and Tobi's masked Akatsuki. The adaptation follows the manga closely, with playable stretches of free exploration between chapters where you take on side missions, find collectibles and talk to the villagers who fill the Hidden Leaf and the Allied Shinobi camps.
Before the biggest battles, the Ultimate Decision system asks you to choose a Legend or Hero path. Legend raises the difficulty and rewards you with rarer unlocks, while Hero keeps the fight approachable, so the same chapter can be replayed as a very different challenge.
Boss Battles Built for the Big Moments
CyberConnect2's boss encounters are what set the Storm games apart, and Storm 3 has the strongest set in the series. These fights move between free combat, scripted chases and timed inputs, with the camera swinging through scenes lifted straight from the anime.
- Minato against the Nine-Tails is the opening statement, a fight across the rooftops of the Hidden Leaf that ends with the Fourth Hokage sealing Kurama into his newborn son.
- Naruto and Killer Bee take on the reanimated Jinchuriki and their Tailed Beasts together, with Naruto's Tailed Beast Mode unlocked for the first time as the war reaches its peak.

- A new set of 100 missions joins the adventure mode, many with their own objectives and conditions that push you toward characters and techniques you might otherwise skip. The 38 costumes from the Storm 3 DLC packs are also included, so every outfit released for the original game is here from the start.
Versus Play, Online and Off
The versus roster stretches across every era of the series, from the Konoha 11 and the Akatsuki to Madara, the Jinchuriki and Naruto in Tailed Beast Mode. Storm combat keeps its signature rhythm of chakra dashes, substitutions, support calls and Awakenings, with Ultimate Jutsu cinematics that pay off a well-built chakra bar. Storm 3 also introduced Instant Awakening, letting certain fighters transform at will for a burst of power.
You can fight locally on the same screen, take ranked and player matches online, and track your record on Steam Leaderboards and in the built-in stats. Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud saves and full controller support round it out, and Remote Play Together lets you share a local versus session with a friend over the internet.
