Crysis Remastered Trilogy brings Crytek's landmark first-person shooter series together in one collection: Crysis Remastered, Crysis 2 Remastered and Crysis 3 Remastered, each with remastered visuals optimized for today's hardware. Three single-player campaigns follow the Ceph invasion of Earth from a tropical island chain to the ruins of New York, and the Nanosuit at the heart of it all still gives you the freedom to fight on your own terms.
Three Campaigns, One War
Played in order, the trilogy tells one continuous story. It starts as a covert rescue operation and ends as a fight for the future of humanity, and each game moves the war somewhere new.
- Crysis Remastered
- You play Nomad, a special forces operative sent to the Lingshan Islands off North Korea to rescue a team of archaeologists. North Korean forces hold the jungle, but what lies buried under the mountain is far more dangerous, and before long the island is frozen solid and you are fighting something that is not human.
- Crysis 2 Remastered
- The Ceph return to a world already battered by climate disasters, and New York becomes the front line. Wearing the upgraded Nanosuit 2.0, you push through a collapsing city against alien invaders and the C.E.L.L. private military, customizing your suit and weapons as the threat grows.
- Crysis 3 Remastered
- Prophet returns to hunt the Alpha Ceph and expose the C.E.L.L. corporation, which has sealed New York under the giant Liberty Dome and let it grow into an urban rainforest. Seven distinct districts, the deadly Predator Bow and a final reckoning bring the saga to its close.
The Nanosuit: Your Fight, Your Way
Crysis has always been defined by its suit. Rather than forcing one approach, the Nanosuit hands you a set of powers and trusts you to use them.
- Speed and Strength: sprint across open ground before a patrol can react, leap onto rooftops and ledges, or smash through a shack wall and send enemies flying with a single blow.
- Armor: divert power into protection and absorb gunfire that would drop an ordinary soldier, buying the time you need to push forward or reach better cover.
- Cloak: fade from sight to slip past guards, reposition behind a squad or line up the perfect ambush, with suit energy as the limit that keeps every decision tense.
- Nanosuit 2.0 and the Predator Bow: the later games add real-time weapon customization, unlockable suit abilities and, in Crysis 3, a silent bow that turns stealth into a hunting game.
Sandbox Freedom Under Fire
The original Crysis made its name with wide-open levels that let you scout a camp, mark your targets and decide how the assault begins. Go loud with rifles and grenades, circle around through the jungle, or never be seen at all. Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 carry that philosophy into denser urban battlegrounds, giving you multiple routes, vantage points and tactical options in every encounter, so no two fights have to play out the same way.
A Legend, Remastered
When Crysis launched in 2007 it pushed PC hardware so hard that "Can it run Crysis?" became a running joke for years. The remastered trilogy revisits that legacy with updated graphics optimized for a new generation of hardware, so the frozen jungles of the Lingshan Islands, the burning streets of New York and the overgrown skyline beneath the Liberty Dome look the way they were always meant to. It is the clearest way to experience Crytek's full Crysis story today.
If you have ever wanted to know what it feels like to be the most dangerous soldier on the battlefield, this is your invitation. Suit up, pick your mode, and see the Ceph war through from the first jungle landing to the last stand in New York.
